Our stay was lovely food was nice although you only get £17.50 for food which only gets you a main meal. When I booked I thought we were in the hotel but was put into a room in the cottage which is a walk to walk to hotel to get your meal and in the Morning it was raining. Room was lovely and clean but need to specify when you book that you need a dog free room. Was nice enough but don’t thk I would return

Lovely stay at the oak tree inn, we were in one of the rooms in a cottage, very clean and comfortable, nice view. No plug near a mirror to dry/straighten my hair! Was quite cold on arrival and took ages to warm up. Food choices were quite limited but food was good. Drinks expensive. Breakfast was buffet and while not as elaborate as some other hotels there was definitely enough to fill you for the day. I would go back.

The food, staff and room were lovely but unfortunately there didn't seem to be any soundproofing. We were in a cottage, room on ground floor with a great view but could hear everything from room above even when they went to the toilet.

My fiancée and I recently had an overnight stay at this venue and we had a fantastic visit. The staff were lovely and the food was fantastic. The only thing that we would agree had dampened our experience was that the bed was not the most comfortable, however we know this is different for everyone. Overall though, it was a fantastic experience and would book again.

The place was definitely worth the visit. Room was lovely, we had a great time. Night time entertainment in the restaurant while enjoying dinner. Only thing that didn't suit us is the amount of dogs next to us in the restaurant while eating, every table had atleast one or two dogs and its quite tight. If you're an animal person you'll love it, just not our preference while eating food and dogs looking for a wee something haha. But overall we had a great time and will revisit.

As always enjoyed our stay at the Oak Tree Inn, a gift given for Christmas. Food was good, but a set menu. Drinks bit pricey, entertainment was guy, was funny, tho he was a singer. Staff are very helpful.

We did not realise our room was outwith the hotel with a five minute walk along the road. This was not ideal in the wind and rain. Nothing in the hotel website to tell us this. Also the bathroom was dangerous with a huge step into the bath with no handrails at all.

We enjoyed our overnight stay very much. Staff were lovely and the food was delicious. A horrible rainy day but the Inn and the room were lovely and cosy.

Originally booked just one night to use a gift voucher, had only been there a matter of hours and my partner asked girl on reception if we could add on second night,we could but couldn't keep our lovely room on so said we would happily go into one of the pods. Next morning after breakfast lady in reception (Kirsty) was so helpful telling us she was going to contact housekeeping to see if we could keep the same room, took note of my phone number and within 15 mins she called to say she had sorted it for us to stay in our room with gorgeous views. Meals were lovely and again staff couldn't have been helpful enough, especially Christina,they were all lovely and attentive but unfortunately that was only two names we got.. We will happily definitely return to this wee gem of a place.

Had a lovely stay at Oak Tree Inn. We were upgraded to a cottage on arrival which was a nice surprise. Had a nice dinner in conservatory as we had our Labrador Zooey with us. Guitarist was good and everyone joined in. Only criticism is it would have been good if he could have played longer than 9.30pm as atmosphere changed as soon as he finished up. But an enjoyable evening.

Had a lovely stay at the Oak Tree Inn. Room was nice with a big, comfortable bed. Food was lovely for both dinner and breakfast. Entertainment in the bar 4-7pm was great, real friendly atmosphere.

Had an overnight stay at the Oak Tree Inn at the weekend for hubby's birthday and was not disappointed. The chrsitmas decor and lights were a wee added bonus so cozy and inviting, but the food was fantastic, as were the staff and our room was spotless, the overall atmosphere was lovely, we will be back to stay again.

Visited before for lunch and always intended on coming back to stay. We weren’t disappointed. The staff were great from start to finish. We were made to feel very welcome. Our room was in one of the nearby cottages and we loved the fact the Loch is on your doorstep. Some seriously good pub grub too. Could’ve ordered many things on the menu! All in all a lovely relaxed stay and we’ll be back

We had a fabulous stay in one of the deluxe rooms (Aber). The room was so bright and airy, beautifully furnished and the view over LOch Lomond was the icing on the cake. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and there was a great atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. My husband and I loved our stay and will hopefully return in the not too distant future.
