COURTYARD ROOMS
The courtyard rooms are situated within the castle grounds just a few steps from the main hotel. These rooms are modern however still convey the original charm of the main hotel. The courtyard rooms are perfect for families and large groups with some of the rooms offering interconnecting doors. Some rooms can also be set up as Twin Rooms. 

Accessible Rooms
There are 2 fully accessbile courtyard rooms available complete with wet rooms. There rooms are limited so we advise that you contact our reservations team to check availability of Twins or Accessible Rooms prior to booking. 

Dogs are welcome in the Courtyard rooms for a £10 per dog per night supplement.

SCANDINAVIAN LODGES
The lodges are situated within the castle grounds and are only a short walk from the main hotel, restaurant and bar. The lodges are furnished to the highest standard with views overlooking the beautiful countryside.

SMALL CASTLE ROOMS
The small castle rooms offer the same Shieldhill Castle luxury but in a cosier more intimate environment.
Aligned with the rest of the Castle these rooms have been affectionately restored with modern flourishes coupled with unique 12th-century characteristics.

MEDIUM CASTLE ROOMS
The timeless décor of these rooms coupled with the uninterrupted views of the Castle grounds make these perfect rooms for couples to relax and enjoy the Castle’s luxurious surroundings.

LARGE CASTLE ROOMS
The Castle boasts six spacious and luxurious double rooms, all uniquely decorated with their own style whilst maintaining the original Shieldhill Castle features.

Neidpath, Bonnymuir, Glencoe, Otterburn, Killiecrankie, Langside
These rooms include options for extra beds.

SUPERIOR CASTLE SUITES
The Superior Suites are located within the Castle and offer large luxurious accommodations.
The Scone and Wallace Suites have been decorated with elegant touches including the Shieldhill tartan and have the added luxury of four poster beds and a jacuzzi bath in the room. Coupled with stunning views of the Castle grounds these suites are the perfect space to relax and unwind.

THE HONEYMOON & THE BRIDAL SUITES
The stunning Honeymoon Suite, known as the Chancellor Suite, is the Castle’s star attraction and is the largest and most romantic room. It not only boasts breathtaking views of the Scottish countryside but also includes a jacuzzi bath.

The Bridal Suite, known as the Bannockburn Suite, is a beautiful space where a bride can take the time to get ready for her perfect day. It has a separate lounge area allowing plenty of space for family and friends to join in the celebrations.

The Tinto View Restaurant and Market Bar at Shieldhill Castle is open and ready to serve you outstanding local produce. Experience the stunning views of the countryside as you dine with the towering Tinto Hill in the distance.
