Had a wonderful comfortable stay, the staff were friendly and the food was amazing. I had the duck, my partner had fish and chips which were the best ever, I had a sneaky bite and the batter and fish were fantastic and very light. The service was good too.

Breakfast was great. The family room was huge and comfortable, the staff everywhere were lovely. The food was delicious and everywhere was clean. Nice Elemis products too!

Stunning location, good old fashioned keyed rooms, non of the digital locks for access to your room, friendly welcoming front of house. Great amenities via the interconnecting bridge to the spa and leisure facilities. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.

Although the rooms had an older feel to them the bathroom was freshly renovated and everything was clean and comfy. The leisure centre was amazing and quiet, there were good options for breakfast.

Been several times and it never disappoints. The room overlooking the river is always our choice and is stunning. The leisure facilities provide relaxation. But above all it's the quality of food and service in the restaurant that means we keep coming back.

Great hotel, couldn't fault it! Yes the decor is a bit old fashioned BUT the service from staff was spot on, the food was fab and the location was great! Lovely lil hotel, well worth a visit!
