Nice old listed building and a good breakfast but as it is old don’t expect modern! Cold rooms in winter. A good location and convenient for the M6. Beer not the best when I was there. The pipes were crossed so Moretti was in fact Neck oil. Would stay again but in the spring or summer so as the rooms are a better temperature.

Great hotel. Convenient location in nice surroundings. Staff are brilliant, special shout out to Laura on reception, and Catherine and Luke in the restaurant. Food is excellent. Evening meal in the cosy restaurant and breakfast in the larger room. Beautiful and warm room with elegant furnishings. Comfy bed with soft duvet.
