First time at this hotel it was fantastic can’t fault anything. Central for everything, we got a Complimentary tail which was delicious. Breakfast was very good also.

We had booked dinner, bed & breakfast in Wellness room and paid for 1pm check in. Arrived just before 1pm but room wasn’t ready. We checked in and left luggage, went elsewhere for lunch and returned 2.20pm but room still wasn’t ready. We had our free signature tail in the bar which was lovely. Our room wasn’t ready until 3.10pm, the key fob didn’t work so we had to go back down stairs. The wellness room we were allocated was nice but felt very clinical, and cold. We decided we didn’t want to stay in the room and were allocated another twin room which had a much better feel. We were not charged for early check in. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was lovely as was our server Hannah. Staff were very attentive. We didn’t use the wellness hub during our stay for personal reasons, but speaking to other guests found out that the sauna wasn’t working. Lovely hotel but rooms lack atmosphere, no pictures on walls. There are also stairs to climb before you get to lift which could pose problem if you have mobility issues. Breakfast was nice, but not as much choice as other hotels offer.

We had a perfect stay at the Address. The price was extremely reasonable considering it’s location and comparable to other hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast was delicious and the hot breakfast was kept covered but well signed. I asked for porridge and that was freshly made. The front of house staff couldn’t be any more helpful and we had great chats and banter with them as we came and went. The room was clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable. A bonus was the bar was open late for when we returned from our concert. Another bonus was to receive a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Only one tiny difficulty we had was finding our room as to our eyes the room numbers didn’t match the arrows the way we thought they should so we got a bit lost, however, a cleaner helped us find our way. Fabulous hotel and will be back for our next trip soon.

Staff very welcoming on arrival. Room very clean spacious and plenty of amenities. Unfortunately we had to leave 2 hrs after check-in due to family emergency but I am sure we would have enjoyed our stay , staff were sorry that we had to leave early.

The hotel is in a great location and the public areas are very chic, however ….. we were overcharged at check in, we had to pay an additional £30 for a late check out, which wasn’t requested, Reception Staff came to our room, knocked once, then proceeded to open our room door. My husband was just getting into the shower so this felt like quite an intrusion on our privacy . Breakfast was sub standard too Is it worth the price? Sadly I’d have to say no

The hotel and bar itself is beautiful. I loved the sauna and plunge pool. The room was very spacious with modern decor, just a shame such a big window had to have the curtains closed all the time because of an office building across the lane. The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Callum the bar person who made delicious tails and talked us through all the ingredients. The breakfast was good but near the windows the tables were too close together and resulted in squeezing past touching other guests tables when they were eating, but the rest of the dining area seemed well spaced out. Overall we had a great time and would stay again.

Absolutely, awesome sublime couple of nights in The Address. The whole hotel immaculately clean. All the staff were very attentive, customer service was one of the highest I have experienced in the hotel industry. My coeliac dietary needs were met without any problems. Would Absolutely recommend this hotel definitely will use again. The high standard of the staff should be used in many other hotel groups, the standard at The Address is the one to follow.

Hotel was lovely. Check in was very slow and became very crowded at reception while waiting. Rooms were lovely and clean however no bottled water in the room. The food in the north bar and grill was outstanding, the steak was brilliant.

Hotel is absolutely fantastic, so clean , the rooms are a great size, beds are so comfy , staff are very friendly and helpful especially Rebecca on reception and Callum on the bar nothing is too much trouble The wellness suite was bliss so relaxing and now don't think a sauna will ever be the same again , the himalayan salt sauna is the way forward Can't comment on breakfast as we were too gover (oops) and didn't face it Highly recommend

From the moment we arrived staff could not have been any more attentive. Room was fresh ,spacious, spotlessly clean .Tv , Iron ,Safe, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows ,the quality of the fixtures and fittings was definitely of a good standard .Bathroom was also spacious with a lovely walk in shower ,shower gels and hand wash were also supplied as were numerous fluffy large towels .A full length mirror was also in the hallway of room .Resturant was great seated and served straightaway staff agin were attentive to,our needs , food was of a good quality and taste , the tails were fantastic and the draught beer was also a nice pint . Breakfast was delicious plenty choices for everyone needs a bit tweaking but once this is resolved it will be a fantastic hotel all round 10/10 for me as it’s only been open for 3 months definitely return

Just back from an overnight stay at new Glasgow Hotel, The Address on Renfield St. For £69 pp on B&B with tail ? for a Saturday night. Good location in the city centre within walking distance from both bus and train stations. I arrived about 12.30 to ask if I could leave my luggage until check-in time. Surprisingly a room was ready, which was great even though the receptionist did say it was a small room. Prior to our stay we decided to upgrade to a Club Room at £15 pp. Which entitles you to have Robes & Slippers / coffee machine / bottled water and box of mini chocolates ? Not sure if these are in every room instead of biscuits but nice touch ? The £15 also gets you use of the wellness suite, which is the same cost pp regardless if you upgrade to the club rooms or not. So its a no brainer to get few extras in room aswell as the facilities use for same price. Our room 306 was quite small but for 1 night was fine. The lighting wasn't great but nice comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom was quite small also with very narrow shelf above sink, so had to use floor for some of our toiletries. No bin in the room just the bathroom, not sure if this was an oversight. There was a few issues like no bottled water in room, which we requested 3 times before It was delivered. TV remote wasn't working and needed replacing. However we never got the decaf tea we requested. During the day the secondary glazing in the rooms seemed to help with any outside noise but was much noisier at night . With the surrounding bars and restaurants. During check-in we booked the wellness suite for 8 am on the Sunday morning. However the female member of staff failed to inform us, we required to fill out a consent form and would be issued with a separate key card to gain entry. Twice we had to walk along to the Breakfast Restaurant in our Robes, first to ask if maybe our room key didn't work until after 8 am . When wellness suite opens but no we had to get a member of reception to come up and let us in. It was only then he informed of the consent form, we should have been made aware of at check-in. Suite is small but lovely clean and modern, got to ourselves at this time, which was good. Breakfast was nice enough, not a massive choice but the usual hot and cold selections. Never saw any menus if you wanted to order anything at a supplement charge. The signature tail ?we got as part of the deal was any tail of choice from the bar list. Which was not limited and should have something for everyone. Some of the signage throughout hotel can be quite confusing or not enough signs in certain locations. The corridor that led through to our room, for some reason the motion sensors did not come on every time. So on more than 1 occasion you were walking in the dark. Overall a few issues but wouldn't deter me from returning again for another visit. All staff were helpful and happy to assist with any queries.Never got any names as staff don't wear badges

The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was well decorated and comfortable. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The bar area was clean, staff were really attentive. The only negative was breakfast, we arrived and there was no one to advise how it works or where to sit. Once we found a table, we discovered the coffee machine was broken. There was very little food left, no pastries or hot food. The staff weren't overly attentive, not advising customers when fresh food would arrive. Guest were queuing for a while. This was still with one hour before breakfast ended. The whole thing seemed very unorganised.

Rooms and hotel was very nice. Only thing I would say needs improvement is better organisation for breakfast service.
