After a visit to the Hilton London Heathrow Airport I am both pleased and delighted with not only the property but the staff. During my stay both Mario and Duane made customer service look easy and went out of there way to assist me and truly provide amazing customer service. I travel internationally several times a year and I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the London Heathrow area.

Breakfast was superb. There were lots of choices and all was delicious. Also, staff were super friendly! Room was cleaned to a great standard

The hotel is really large and airy, the food was great which isn't always the case with airport hotels and the staff were lovely. We just stayed the one night before our flight but it was perfect for what we needed!

Very good customer service, I stayed with some friends before my flight to America and my sugar levels went down and I went to reception at night asking if there was anything I could get and a receptionist gave me some sweets. I was really impressed with the welcoming, caring nature of the service provided. 10/10 thank you!

We had one of the 5th floor suites, which was worth the money. great bathroom and comfortable bed. We ordered a bottle of wine by room service, this was delivered to us within 15 minutes by a super-nice and helpful waiter named Raylon. He was so welcoming and helpful in terms of getting us extra ice etc. Really 5 strvice. He stood out even though everyone was brilliant.
