Great hotel and lovely staff,the offer was exactly as offered ,no supplements, and no special menu we were able to change the glass of wine for coffee which we appreciated Parking is good and it’s very convenient to walk into altrincham which is also great for an evening Only issue was one towel in the room and no phone ,not major but we did tell reception. The cooking is on show and the chefs were excellent and very diligent with the hygiene and prep . Excellent breakfast as well .

Would not recommend this hotel. They seriously overbooked and understaffed the weekend we were there. 2 coach parties of people in the restaurant as well as other diners who had booked and a wedding reception meant shoddy service. Ran out of glasses at the bar. 3 young and rude and inexperienced waitresses on. No knives or forks. Had to ask for these then had to wait ten minutes. Had to clear table ourselves after mains and ask if we could order dessert as we had been sat there so long. Only one bath towel in bathroom for 2 of us. Complained and were told management would be in contact. This was Saturday evening. Monday evening I emailed to give them another opportunity to contact me. I'm still waiting . I'd like to add we were not the only people to complain. Hotel don't seem bothered about addressing these issues

Evening restaurant service very slow and staff indifferent to guests. Menu choices very limited and basic and the food served was, in the main, awful. Rooms, whilst covering all our needs, needed quite a bit of tlc. Our concerns were logged in on our first evening, but the Management follow-up, promised for that evening, early next morning, was not received until hours after we had checked out - and then amounted to nothing.

Although the hotel is "tired" from a decorative point of view, the room and bed were comfortable. The meals we had were excellent and the staff helpful and friendly. All in all a nice weekend break.

Lovely welcome from reception staff good selection of food to choose from on the menu bought 4 drinks paid cash for them at the bar and then to be given a bill for the drinks I find totally unacceptable and 1 of the staff Nicole I think her name definitely not for a customer facing role!!!!

The restaurant was not cleaned overnight after a girl dropped her pizza on the floor the mess was still there the next morning I pointed this out to the waitress who attempted to wipe it up with a serviette. Also the bathroom was in need of a refresh as was the room quite dated

Stayed on the £99 DB&B Sunday night deal. Nice room. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast too. The staff everywhere were very helpful and friendly. Great experience.

Great stay , lovely food, friendly staff , king size bed rooms very clean . Reasonable priced drinks. Only five minutes walk into town centre, lovely market and street food good atmosphere, worth the trip would visit again.

From the minute we arrived at reception to the minute we left we had an excellent time, thank you to Assan for really looking after us the food and the service was excellent, next time though will upgrade our room to a bigger one. Thank you we will see you soon ??

We had a problem with our key card on our second day but staff were great dealt with it as swiftly as possible and then upgraded us. Thankyou again. Our new room was lovely would recommend room 141

Stayed a night at this hotel. Were extremely impressed by the covid 19 measures that were in place at reception and in the dining area. Check in took 5 mins and was given room 331 which was a lovely clean room. Especially the bathroom . In the morning we went down for a lovely breakfast. Very varied by rangeing from cereals and toast to pastries or a full English. We chose to go down the full English route which was very tasty. The guy serving was extremely pleasant and chatted with us and wished us a happy holiday when we were leaving. We will definitely come back again Thanks for a lovely nights sleep

Stayed here when flying from Manchester,easy to find and safe on site parking with excellent taxi transfers included in price, nice friendly hotel staff, excellent food in restaurant, rooms and facilities good, so good we stayed for the night on return, would highly recommend and will definitely use again

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is well situated close to Altrincham town centre and there’s loads of free parking. Room rate we paid was good value at under £60/night and although the room was rather small, it was fairly comfortable and worth the money. Staff were quite friendly on the whole although check-in was awkward as apparently the system was down. There are hand sanitisers everywhere and Covid precautions have been taken. Breakfast decent and comprehensive. Staff happy to help with requests for ironing board, milk etc. Generally a good hotel
