Twin rooms are huge and easily accommodated 3 adults. My only issues with the room were they weren’t serviced, tea and coffee trays were not replenished and toilet roll was not renewed, leaving only about 6 squares on the tube when we checked in. Breakfast was great and made even more special with the wonderful Lesley who was an absolute star. Nothing was out the way and she was the highlight of our stay.

Excellent hotel and staff. Comfortable bed, lovely pillows and clean room. I was here for 4 nights and have to say going to breakfast every morning and being met by the lovely Lesley made it a very relaxed and comfortable experience. All in all a lovely stay and we will be back.

I have been here 2 days and the service I have received from Bianca on reception and especially Amy from the restaurant has been 5 STrvice. Please can they be recognised for exceptional service a credit to your hotel.
