We had a comfortable stay with very attentive staff. Weather wasn’t the best during our stay but didn’t stop us exploring the surrounding areas around the hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a stay with the Hilton

From arrival at reception until departure the whole experience was excellent. Great suite, swimming pool, bar and bistro. All food, particularly the breakfast was excellent. Great that the bar was serving Tennents lager. Unfortunately the weather stopped us exploring the outside from our balcony. The waiter who looked after us at dinner and then breakfast the next day was exceptional.

We visited the suites within this hotel again, for the first time in 2021 and the staff continue to provide a welcoming, clean, hygienic environment in which to have a relaxing stay with a range of amenities should you require them. We tend to use the accommodation as our centre from which to undertake various walks in the local magnificent scenery

Stayed for 2 nights in a suite which had everything you would need for a short stay. We had an excellent time. Couldn’t fault anything with this resort/hotel. Situated among beautiful scenery on Royal Deeside. Would highly recommend. Short but beautiful walk into Ballater
