The Argyll Hotel in Inveraray was originally built in 1750 to accommodate guests visiting the glorious Inveraray Castle, the entrance to which is adjacent to the hotel. Few hotels have such a long and distinguished history as the Argyll Hotel, which was formerly known as the Great Inn.

All of the 36 bedrooms at the Argyll Hotel, Inveraray have full en-suite facilities, colour TV's, hairdryers, telephones and tea and coffee makers. Each room has individual character and charm, and many of the rooms have views over the lochs and mountains. A spiral staircase locates all bedrooms, apart from 1 - the cottage room.
There is one ground floor double bedroom, which is category three-disabled access.
