The Castletown Hotel’s owner Sandy utilities his skills in the kitchen and produces delicious home cooked fayre. He prides himself in using local produce where possible for his dishes to ensure quality and freshness. Being an ex-butcher, Sandy really understands meat. He buys the Aberdeen Angus from his cousin Willie Mackay’s farm in Ackergill, Caithness and prepares it for our guests to enjoy.
