The Waterside Hotel offers guests a choice to upgrade to their Superior Rooms, which offer river views, larger spaces, more personal touches like bathrobes. One of the Superior Rooms has a roll-top bath that has a view over the river.

The Waterside Hotel also offers accommodation in their Felstead Townhouse situated next door to the hotel. The Townhouse was built in 1830 and has 8 comfortable en-suite bedrooms.

The Waterside Hotel's Conservatory Restaurant allows guests to enjoy fine food, and appreciate the Waterside Hotels location. The restaurant serves the best local ingredients and freshly prepared imaginative dishes from either the A La Carte Menu, Lunch and Snack Menu or High Tea menu.

The Lounge Bar is an open plan bar and lounge area with wooden floors and comfy leather sofas offering a relaxing and perfect atmosphere. The Lounge Bar serves coffees and home baking all day.
