Relax when you arrive in your comfortable and stylish bedroom before the fun begins.
Then unwind with a glass of warm mulled wine or mulled cider and mince pie.
Enjoy your break with the Complimentary bar between 6-10pm every night. Choose from a selection of beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks. No need to put your hand in your pocket for drinks.
Then enjoy your delicious 3 Course Table D’Hote Dinner to start your Hogmanay break with specially Patriarche Heritage Wines from France at your table each evening with dinner.
Entertainment for you. Light entertainment on your 1st night so by the 31st December you’ll be ready for some excellent Highland Hogmanay entertainment and dancing.

Enjoy your superb hot and cold buffet breakfast. There are 54 items on the buffet so there is something for everyone – great to wake up to before the festivities start later in the day.
Enjoy lunch at the hotel or if you’re away for the day no need to come back to the hotel as we’ll give you a specially prepared packed lunch to take away.
Help yourself to Mulled Wine and Mulled Cider to warm you up in the afternoon.
Afternoon tea with assorted cakes for you to relax and enjoy and socialise.
Fabulous 4 Course Hogmanay Dinner – superb selection of local Highland produce with your 4-course Hogmanay Menu.
Hogmanay let the Celebrations begin – Enjoy your traditional Scottish Hogmanay with lots of dancing and parties until the wee small hours. There’s Highland Dancers, Pipes and a fantastic atmosphere to see in the New Year.
Plus a free glass of Champagne & Whisky to welcome in the New Year.
And after the Bells have a nibble on home-made stovies and oatcakes.

New Years Day – 1st January
New Years Morning breakfast is from 8-11am with a glass of Bucks Fizz to waken you up!
The New Year’s Day Buffet - so the party keeps popping along from 1pm-3pm enjoy a delicious Buffet Lunch in the Brasserie with live entertainment – it makes for a fantastic atmosphere before your wee afternoon nap. Plus the complimentary bar is available during this time too!
Afternoon tea with assorted cakes if you have space for any more!
Unwind with your delicious 3 Course Table D’Hote Dinner with specially selected Patriarche Heritage Wines from France before the party starts again!
Then get your party shoes out again as your live Evening Entertainment on the 1st Jan starts the tunes going!
Free Leisure Club membership – during the day relax by the pool in the 84 degree warmth just like Florida.

What’s not included? I can think of only a few, there are extra charges for single rooms. Classic malts, Champagne & cocktails aren’t in the complimentary bar. Call charges, Starbucks, and Health and Beauty treatments are extra. When you’re having a drink after 10pm it’s added to your room bill.
