Cally Palace has its own exclusive golf course, as well as an indoor leisure complex with swimming pool, to allow you to make your stay as active or as relaxed as you choose.
Dinner Dances at Cally Palace Hotel take place generally on the last Saturday of every month. Music is by the resident house band.

Each of the comfortable bedrooms at the Cally Palace Hotel has its own traditional style and character. When dining in the Cally Palace Hotel's dinning room a strict dress code is in place. It is mandatory that gentlemen wear jacket, collar and tie from 6.30pm onwards. This also applies to young men aged 16 and over and it would be appreciated if younger guests taking dinner in the dining room would dress smartly also.

As the Cally Palace hotel is surrounded by acres of parkland and estate there are many outdoor activities to enjoy on your short break in Dumfries & Galloway
Within the hotel's grounds there is an all-weather tennis court, putting green and croquet lawn.
Ask at reception for some suggested walks or cycling routes. On your adventure in the Cally Palace grounds you may come close to roe deer and red squirrels. If you prefer the more green and leafy side of nature then the hotels grounds are home to many mature specimens of trees and are bordered by 600 acres of the Fleet Oak Woods.
The Cally Palace Hotel has its own 18-hole parkland golf course, and is one of the top Clubs in the area.
Designed by the well-known golf architect Tom Macaulay, the Cally Course opened in 1994. The course is for the exclusive use of guests and the welcoming atmosphere will guarantee a relaxing but challenging round.
Golf buggies are available for hire, and there's also a practice area and putting green.
The guest lift only serves part of the hotel. Please advise us when booking if you have any difficulty with stairs.

From Stranraer: Take the A75 for 39.7 miles and then exit onto the B796 then continuing to the B727. The Cally Palace Hotel will be on your right in approx 0.1 of a mile.

Dining Room Dress Code
When dining in the hotel’s main Dining Room from 6:30pm onwards gentlemen aged 16 and over are required to collar with tie and jacket. Younger guests would also be appreciated to be dressed smartly too.
