Stag Feeding, Wildlife and Historical Journey Tour Details:
Letterfinlay Lodge Hotel is home to an abundance of wildlife. Tours will bring you close to wild deer and you may see Highland Cattle, birdlife, Pine Martins and many other wild animals. There are many birds to be spotted including Golden Eagles, Sea Eagles, Ospreys and Buzzards. Waterfowl are also present, with plenty of Ducks, Sandpipers, Greenshank and Black Throated Divers.
"A must... see wild stags being fed at our feeding station, sometimes up to approximately 130 stags and in touching distance from the vehicle.

Tours run from December to April, but off-season tours can be arranged by special appointment.

Clay Pigeon Shooting
Clay pigeon shooting is available for those guests with a sharp shot! The Hotel has an automatic clay pigeon trap and we can offer our guests exclusive shooting from the Osprey Sun Deck with the fabulous Loch Lochy and surrounding mountains as a backdrop. They can cater for five people shooting at one time, with instruction and supervision. - £85 per person
Water cruising & sports
Letterfinlay has two of its own speedboats and can offer guests a selection of water-based activities. Choose from just a gentle cruise across the loch, perhaps for a picnic or a wildlife walk? Or if you’re after a more energised activity how about water skiing!
Sight seeing trip by boat on Loch Lochy - £69.00 per person including lunch
Wild Sea/River Fishing – accompanied by your own ghillie, we’ll take you to the best locations for wild fishing. Tuition is available for fly fishing, and equipment hire is also available.
