Downfield Golf Club is recognised as one of the finest inland courses in the UK. Downfield has been a final qualifying venue for the Open Championship at Carnoustie in 1999 and again in 2007 and played host to many other UK wide events and tournaments. There are a wide variety of challenges with some water in play on no fewer than 7 holes. There are 5 par fives, from the championship tees and the 11th is one of the best you will ever see.
Scotscraig Golf Club
Scotscraig Golf Club is the world’s 13th oldest golf club. Since 1984, Scotscraig has hosted the Final Open Qualifying when The Open is played over St Andrews. Ian Baker-Finch, Brian Barnes, Justin Rose, Mark Mouland, Duffy Waldorf and Sam Torrance are only a few of the famous players to have graced this renowned classic Fife golf course.
Alyth Golf Course
An 18-hole (6,259 yds) heathland layout, Alyth Golf Club was established in 1894. The master Old Tom Morris of St Andrews with James Braid completing the extension in 1934 designed the original 9 holes. Playing the course demands constant attention as a combination of tree lined fairways and diverse rolling terrain make the emphasis on precision golf rather than distance, although both are required.

Directions to Landmark Hotel in Dundee
The Landmark Dundee is situated at the gateway to the city on the A90 Dundee Kingsway at its junction with the A85. The hotel is just 20 minutes drive from Perth and only one hour from both Edinburgh and Glasgow, a couple of miles from Dundee centre.
From Aberdeen and the North, follow A90 to Dundee, turn right at the Forfar road double roundabout then follow the Kingsway going straight over the following three roundabouts. At the next roundabout turn right, you will see The Landmark Hotel is on your left.
From Glasgow/Edinburgh and the south, follow the A90 from Perth to Dundee. The Landmark hotel is at the first roundabout on your left-hand side.
Dundee Airport is only 2 miles from the Landmark Hotel and Dundee train station is approximately 4 miles.
The nearest Bus Stop is about a 5 - 10 minute walk away in the nearby village of Invergarry.
Guests staying on a dinner inclusive break will be given the 'Menu of the Day' which includes a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts and this menu changes on a daily basis.
Should guests wish to choose from the A La Carte Menu, they can then use their allowance of £22.50 per person and pay any extras that they use over and above this.
