30th December
Our deep red carpet awaits you with a proud Scottish Piper to welcome you. A lavish afternoon tea served in the Glasshouse Restaurant. Enjoy a welcome glass of Champagne followed by a fantastic 3 course dinner prepared by our kitchen brigade before a night of dancing to our resident DJs.

31st December - Hogmanay
Enjoy a full Scottish breakfast. Relax and have some leisure time, either in our Cloud Nine Spa or take a stroll through our mature landscaped gardens, prior to an evening's entertainment. Grand Hogmanay Ball - the biggest and best in Central Scotland - featuring full regimental pipe band, six course lavish banquet, highland dancers, Velour Amour Showband, "The Bells", the lone Piper and resident DJs.

1st January - New Year's Day
An exquisite brunch awaits you in our Glasshouse Restaurant . Relax in our luxury lounges or in our Cloud Nine Spa, alternatively take a brisk stroll through the grounds where you can visit Scottish history at its best. Relax and enjoy a three course meal in our Glasshouse Restaurant

2nd January
Enjoy a Full Scottish Breakfast. Take a trip to Edinburgh, Glasgow or Stirling and take advantage of the January Sales. It's leisure time so chill out in the Cloud Nine Spa, relax with a book or a glass of wine in our luxury lounges. Traditional menu served in our Glasshouse Restaurant.
