The Dundarach Hotel in Pitlochry is set in two acres of private grounds and is peaceful yet just two minutes walk from the town centre. The Dundarach Hotel stands on high ground and overlooks the Highland Games field, the River Tummel and across to the famous Pitlochry Festival Theatre.

Originally a wine merchants large house, the Dundarach became a hotel in 1936. The traditional atmosphere has been carefully retained in the main part of the building.

The Dundarach Hotel offers great late deals and special offers on short breaks throughout the year.

 

The Dundarach Hotel has 40 comfortable en-suite bedrooms all with TV, hot drink making facilities, hairdryer, radio and generous supplies of toiletries and soft fluffy towels.

 

The Dundarach Hotels' restaurant offers a tempting menu, using the best in Scottish produce, complemented by an excellent wine list. Relax in the Dundarach Hotel Bar and plan your next day's activities or sample one of the many malt whiskies available.

The Dundarach Hotel has a pleasant lounge with uninterrupted views over the surrounding fields and the hotel grounds.

Dinner is served from: 6:30pm - 8pm

Breakfast is served from: 8am - 9:30am

This area is ideal for many exciting activities including white water rafting, canoeing, nature walks and abseiling. There is also a mountain bike hire shop next to the hotel for those who wish to go for a tour around the area.

For golfers the Dundarach Hotel is ideally situated for the Pitlochry Golf Course.

 

Approaching Pitlochry from the South, take the A924 (signposted for Pitlochry) off the A9. After passing the Blair Atholl distillery, on your right, continue to just before the railway bridge and turn left into the Dundarach entrance.
