we had to ask for 2 light bulbs to be replaced as they were not working and for the showerhead to be cleaned as only a few holes were allowing water through and it was grubby. When asked the staff responded quickly. The food was delicious and nicely served. The reception staff were very helpful. m.wright.

On arrival we were allocated a very large clean executive room (bathroom could do with an upgrade). Food in the hotel was good although more fruit at breakfast would be good. Entertainment on both nights was good and very busy. No complaints about our two night say and would return to this hotel if in the area again.

Hotel was comfortable and staff pleasant and helpful. However, food could have been improved. No butter available at breakfast - hotel had run out! Also breakfast buffet situated outside dining room in public corridor - not exactly hygienic.

I recently stayed at the Beaufort Park Hotel with a student group. It was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and safe. The meals were wonderful, with many different options each time. The workers were friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent hotel for a business traveller staying over with a meeting in Chester/Wrexham or even Manchester. Very good size rooms, lovely staff. The meal in the Orchard restaurant was excellent and very good value for money. I did not see anything to recommend it as a family hotel (pool, children's facilities, etc).

Stayed at the Beaufort park hotel for one night last month for a meeting in Mold. Nice setting. Very friendly receptionists - welcoming smiles & full of advice & guidance. Room was very hot though, not air con. Thankfuly the room was on the back of the hotel so I could leave the window open without it getting too noisy. Hotel was quiet apart from what seemed to be a Saga holiday group staying. Bar was quiet which was fine by me.
